The rooms at Sercotel Princesa de Eboli are modern and stylish, making me feel like I was staying in a trendy apartment rather than a hotel room. As a young traveler, I absolutely loved the contemporary vibes!
Personally, I found the extra cost for the kitchen to be a downside. While it was a great feature, it would have been even better if it was included in the room rate.

We have used this hotel as a halfway point of rest after a long motorcycle trip. We arrived in the dark and left at dawn so we have been here for a short time. only services we have used have been the garage from which you can access the hotel and cafeteria to eat some dinner, hamburger that was very good. room was totally silent and hotel was full, many families with children who go to the Warner usually stay there. huge bed and very comfortable mattress, curtains prevent very well the entry of light if you want to extend the sleep. room they gave us was more like an apartment, we were wonderful, hotel I liked the most of all I've been (and they are not few). It has a kitchen but I think you have to pay a supplement to use it.
Let's see, it's not that I didn't like it, but to say something, in the room that was 107, there were 2 TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, the one in the living room I didn't even turn it on, but when I turned on the one in the bedroom I had a damaged area of the screen that prevented me from watching it properly, but since we don't usually watch TV, we turned it off and no problem. We found it impossible to regulate the temperature of the shower, once it seemed adjusted to the little was changing the temperature decreasing and increasing all the time.

bed was comfortable, room was spacious. We were supplied with everything we needed in terms of soap, shampoo, etc. It has a fridge and a mini-kitchen that is very good. In addition, toilet is separated from the rest of the bathroom by a sliding door, is very positive when it comes to living together in the bathroom. access from the parking lot to the hotel is good, since it is direct and has an elevator. There is a shopping centre completely attached to the hotel, as well as the Juan Carlos I Park, so you have a variety of activities to do. reception staff is very friendly. We will be back.
The access to the parking is not very comfortable, especially at the exit, because there is a very sharp curve, and in "high" season it fills up immediately. It would be nice if each room had a place assigned and secured. The room smells, depending on the time of day, of pipes/clocks. The telephone in the shower was broken, it was leaking. The free breakfast buffet is not one of the best I've tried, but it's not bad.

The location is great, with Plaza Eboli and a park nearby, perfect for families. It is on the outskirts of Madrid, but there is a train nearby that takes you to the city center. The hotel is also conveniently located next to a mall with a food court, offering plenty of dining options.
Some guests have mentioned that the staff and service level could be improved.

The underground parking! Noisy room due to the air conditioning having to to be on as the room was like an oven.
The room wad not what I would call 4 star, not particularly clean, meal was disgusting and inedible, I only ate a small starter of pasta, which I had to return as it was cold, they microwaved it! Main course was inedible due to the amount of salt, so was given water melon and charged 12 euros! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AND THERE IS NO WAY IT IS 4 STAR!

We enjoyed our stay in the quiet area of this city. The hotel provided us with excellent transportation options to Madrid Atocha railway station. The hotel facilities were clean, and we appreciated the ample free parking spaces available. The hotel's location near a shopping center was very convenient, and the breakfast served was delicious and included healthy options for kids. Lastly, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful.
Not one thing.

I chose this hotel for attending a training session and it exceeded my expectations. The meeting rooms were fully equipped with modern technology and provided the highest comfort. The separate seating area in my room, along with the flat-screen TV, minibar, work desk, and free WiFi, made my stay even more convenient.
The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center.

The hotel's service could be improved. We were disappointed that we couldn't order food from the restaurant to our room.

Located in a peaceful area next to a shopping mall and Parque Warner theme park, this hotel offers great connectivity via different transportation options into Madrid. The amply spaced rooms feature well-maintained bathrooms. The in-house breakfast completely justifies its price with a variety of tasty options. The helpful staff and pleasant ambiance make the stay even more enjoyable. The sleek bar and the modern gym are facilities that take the overall experience a notch higher.
The premium pricing for certain amenities seems questionable.

This hotel is in a great location, situated in a charming suburb just outside the city. It's close to the Pinto train station, which makes it convenient for exploring nearby attractions like Parque Warner theme park. Plus, there's a shopping mall right next door, so you have everything you need within easy reach.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room was spacious and had a nice view of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. The outdoor areas were well-maintained and perfect for a romantic stroll. It was also convenient to have a shopping center nearby for any last-minute needs.
The room wasn't very clean and had a musty odor. The food at the hotel restaurant was overpriced and underwhelming.
